Oppo F35 Series Launches with Impressive Battery and Camera Features

Oppo has officially introduced the F35 series in India, featuring two models: the F35 and the F35 Pro. Both smartphones have seen an upgrade in battery capacity compared to their predecessors, the F33 series, making them more appealing to users who prioritize longevity.

Display Enhancements in the F35 Pro

The Oppo F35 Pro boasts a stunning 6.78-inch OLED display, offering a resolution of 1,272 x 2,772 pixels. It supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, ensuring smooth visual performance. The display utilizes 10-bit color technology and achieves 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color gamut, making colors appear vibrant and lifelike. Additionally, it can reach a peak brightness of 1,800 nits in high brightness mode and is protected by AGC DT-Star D+ glass, which enhances durability.

Powerful Battery and Charging Capabilities

One of the standout features of the F35 series is its impressive 8,000mAh battery, which is 1,000mAh more than the F33 series. This large battery capacity ensures extended usage between charges. Both models support 80W SuperVOOC wired charging, along with 55W USB Power Delivery and 44W UFCS, allowing for rapid power-ups when needed.

Camera Features That Impress

The camera systems on both models are designed to cater to the needs of photography enthusiasts. The F35 Pro is equipped with a 50MP main camera featuring optical image stabilization (OIS), alongside an 8MP ultra-wide camera with a 116° field of view. Notably, the selfie camera on the Pro model boasts a remarkable 50MP sensor, coupled with a 100° ultra-wide lens and autofocus, enabling users to capture high-quality selfies.

In comparison, the standard F35 also includes a 50MP selfie camera, although it is paired with a different lens configuration. Its main camera setup is similar to the Pro's but lacks OIS and includes a simpler depth sensor.

Specifications and Variants

Under the hood, the F35 Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 MAX chipset, which offers strong performance for multitasking and gaming. Users can choose between 6GB or 8GB of RAM and storage options of 128GB or 256GB, featuring the faster UFS 3.1 technology. The standard F35, on the other hand, retains the Dimensity 6360 MAX chipset, with configurations of 6GB or 8GB of RAM and slower UFS 2.2 storage.

Both models are rated IP69 for water resistance, ensuring protection against water jets, which adds to their appeal for outdoor use.

Availability and Pricing

Pre-orders for both models are already underway, with the F35 Pro available in colors like Sunrise Orange, Wave Blue, and Twilight Brown. Pricing details indicate that the F35 starts at a lower price point compared to the F33 series, with the F35 Pro being positioned as a premium option. The phones are set to be officially released on October 11, with availability through various online platforms.

The F35 and F35 Pro represent a significant step forward in battery and camera technology, making them strong contenders in the mid-range smartphone market.
