Both tablets leverage the Dimensity 9500 processor built on a 3nm fabrication process, paired with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card up to 2 TB. Compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, Samsung claims notable performance enhancements, including a 61% increase in NPU performance, a 19% boost in CPU speed, and a 17% improvement in GPU capabilities.
The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra comes with an impressive 11,600 mAh battery, promising up to 23 hours of usage, while the Tab S12+ is equipped with a 10,600 mAh battery, supporting 45W charging. Both models can recharge from 0 to 100% in approximately 95 minutes.
Camera and Multimedia Features
For photography enthusiasts, the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra features a dual rear camera setup with a 13 MP main sensor and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens, while the Tab S12+ offers a single 13 MP rear camera. Both tablets are equipped with a 12 MP ultra-wide front camera, ensuring high-quality video calls. Additionally, they come with four integrated speakers and an in-display fingerprint sensor for added security.

Availability and Pricing
The Galaxy Tab S12 Series will be available starting October 7, 2026, in selected markets. While the official pricing has yet to be announced, Samsung is running a Reservation+ program in Indonesia until October 31, 2026. Customers can secure a spot by paying a deposit of Rp 300,000, which will grant them a Rp 1,500,000 discount at checkout, making the deal even more attractive.
