The Huawei Watch GT 7 comes in two sizes: 41 mm and 46 mm. In contrast, the GT 7 Pro is available exclusively in a 46 mm size with a more premium build. The 46 mm version features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The device measures 46 x 46 x 10.95 mm and weighs approximately 51.3 grams without the strap.
The smaller 41 mm variant sports a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with the same pixel resolution and brightness capabilities. Its dimensions are 41.3 x 41.3 x 9.99 mm, with a weight starting at 36.5 grams. Both models are crafted from stainless steel, ensuring durability and style.
Health and Fitness Monitoring
Equipped with the Huawei TruSense System, these smartwatches offer advanced health tracking features including Health Insights, pulse wave arrhythmia analysis, emotional wellbeing monitoring, diabetes risk assessment, and sleep monitoring. Users can choose from over 110 workout modes, with new options for cycling and skiing included.
The navigation capabilities are impressive, relying on dual-band full-system GNSS and the Huawei Sunflower Positioning System. Additionally, the watches boast a 5 ATM rating for water resistance and an IP69 rating, making them suitable for intense outdoor activities.
Battery Life and Connectivity
Battery performance is a standout feature of the Watch GT 7. The 46 mm model is said to last up to 21 days with light use, 12 days under normal conditions, and 7 days with Always-on Display (AOD). In trail running mode, it can last up to 51 hours. The 41 mm version provides up to 14 days of battery life.
Both models support Bluetooth calling, NFC, and are compatible with Android devices running version 9.0 or higher, as well as iPhones with iOS 13.0 or newer. The connectivity options make it a versatile choice for users.
Premium Features of the GT 7 Pro
The Watch GT 7 Pro shares many specifications with its counterpart but includes premium materials and features. It boasts a titanium alloy body and retains the same display size and resolution as the 46 mm GT 7. The Pro model also includes additional sensors for ECG and depth measurement, alongside standard heart rate, temperature, barometer, accelerometer, and gyroscope sensors.
Health monitoring on the Pro model extends to ECG analysis, emotional wellbeing tracking, and assessments for diabetes and coronary heart disease. It offers a golf course map and can be used for freediving up to 40 meters, in addition to the extensive sports modes available.
The battery life mirrors the standard version, with claims of up to 21 days in light usage and 12 days under normal conditions, as well as 51 hours in trail running mode. The GT 7 Pro comes in Yellow, Green, and Black color variants.

The Huawei Watch GT 7 series is available for pre-order both online and offline starting October 7, 2026.
