"Since the launch of the iPhone 17, we've observed a tremendous level of interest," Joy remarked during the iBox Pick & Win event in Jakarta.

Joy expressed appreciation for the loyalty shown by Apple fans and iBox customers, who consistently support the annual launch events. Joy emphasized the expectation that all units of the iPhone 18 Pro Series would be distributed to customers on launch day. Joy also pointed out that the availability of the iPhone 18 Pro Series this year is significantly better compared to the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models. Some variants did sell out during the preorder period, but Erajaya has already received additional supply to meet consumer demand. "The second batch has arrived, and I am confident that our stock, especially for the Pro Series, is secure," he stated.
The absence of a regular iPhone 18 model at this year's launch has allowed for a larger allocation of supplies for the Pro models. Nevertheless, Joy cautioned that stock availability will still depend on global demand for Apple products. He expressed hope that this year would not see the same supply constraints that affected the iPhone 17 Pro Series throughout the year.
